Cask 591 Mollydooker Wine Tasting

80 Mollydooker fans met at
Cask 591 in Long
Branch to taste the entire portfolio of Mollydooker wines from the 2006
vintage. The event was hosted by
Brian Pasch, pictured here with Sparky and Sarah Marquis.
The night was a smashing success. Dennis Tafuri and the staff at Cask 591 served a delicious five course meal that perfectly complimented the wines that were served.
When guests arrived they were greeted with the 2006 Goosebumps sparkling
shiraz which was refreshing, complex and not to sweet. It was my first
time to taste a sparkling shiraz and I loved it.
The hit of the night was the 2006 Velvet Glove
shiraz and of course Sarah and Sparky Marquis. Here are some
